She is a gentle country-folk soul seduced by rock’n’roll. He is a flamboyant rocker who finds his peace in the sound of a 12-string guitar.

FRANKY & MARY are a sparkling encounter, a genuine, instinctive musical partnership that has taken many forms over the years.

Audiences may know them from Franck’s spectacular theatrical rock shows with the FANTASTIC SQUAD, but it is perhaps in their acoustic incarnation that they are at their most surprising , and just as captivating.

Deeply committed to authentic live music, FRANKY & MARY offer a rare musical experience where the human element takes center stage: no backing tracks, no auto-tune, no computers. Every note is performed live by these talented multi-instrumentalists, moving effortlessly between guitars, piano, harmonica, flute, percussion, and rich vocal harmonies.. ​​

Mary was already an established figure in the French bluegrass and country scene when she joined Franck’s band in 2014. Together, they have travelled extensively across Europe, performing more than 600 shows in 12 countries, including over 100 in the UK.

Along the way came albums, awards, major tours and countless nights on stage. Their latest album with the full band, SHEEPLE, was released by Cherry Red Records, with its Liverpool release show at the legendary Cavern Club almost sold out.

Now, Franck and Mary strip everything back. In their acoustic duo, they revisit songs from their respective catalogues, alongside a few carefully chosen covers, and completely reinvent them. Familiar songs take on a new dimension: rawer, more spacious and unexpectedly powerful.  The music becomes intimate, warm and deeply human.
